Our Director

The story of Faro de Luz de Jesucristo is, in large part, the story of Ramón — a man who decided every child deserves a real chance.

Ramón grew up in this same community. He saw children come to his door asking for food, and instead of looking away, he created a program that remains active to this day. His training doesn't come from a classroom — it comes from years of daily commitment to every child in the home.

What began as a small project in a borrowed house has become a reference home in Cabarete, Dominican Republic.

"I'd like to buy land to build them houses, because when they leave here, I want them to leave with their own home."
